They Will Kill You

A movie that is full style, full action and little substance. Main actress only knows how to solve problems with violence, and the director only knows how to rip off the idea of Kill Bill, but fails in getting the vibe right. It is supposed to be a fun action movie, and I laughed a bit, and I somewhat enjoyed the action scenes. The first action scene in the hotel was the best one, as the movie took a very different turn than what I had expected. It is an okay movie, got boring way too quickly, and I never really cared for any of the characters. There is also some weird »murder revenge against white people« aspect to the movie, which I am sure is intentional, but still feels incidental. Ok background noise movie as you do other stuff.
